By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed below
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without providing an explicit reason.
Payment is upfront, and I do not start your commission until payment is made.
You must be of 18yrs or older to commission me. I do not work with minors.
I work only in USD via Paypal or Cash App
I do not work with deadlines.
Turnaround time can reach up to 2 months.
I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose to promote myself as an artist. If you wish to keep your commission private there will be a 25% fee added to your total.
I send out updates on your commission when they're available. Please do not excessively message me asking for updates. Doing so will result in a refund (the amount varies on the status of your piece)
I do not make edits to completed commissions. If an error was made on my end I will do so.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
I will send you an invoice/request with the agreed-upon price for your commission. Your email for the payment method is required.
You are entitled to a full refund if your commission has not been started after a prolonged amount of time (past the 2-month mark).
I do not offer payment plans at this time.
After the sketch has been approved, you will receive a partial refund depending on how far along the piece is.
If you have been refunded, you may NOT use or repost any art or WIPS you've been sent in the process.
Edits in the sketching stage are free. After the sketch has been approved, major edits will be charged a fee.
I offer manual refunds so at no point should a charge-back be issued. Issuing a charge-back without any clear communication to me will result in you being blacklisted.
PERMISSION + COPYRIGHT
My art may never be used for NFTs or anything crypto-related.
Copyright of all artwork still belongs to me.
You may not claim my art as your own.
My art is not to be used for commercial use or profit in any way. Unless discussed beforehand.
If you are NOT the owner of the commission you do NOT have permission to repost my artwork AT ALL.
You may not remove my watermark/signature.
Please do not edit my art without permission.
